B. Bank Transfer Payments

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products clearly advertised as final sale.
Items delivered through our express delivery option.
Orders sent through alternative third-party delivery arrangements made at the customer’s urgent request, including transport parks.
International branded products specifically tagged or advertised as “Original”, where the customer is requesting a change-of-mind return.
Orders for which a confirmation video or other media has been sent to the customer, reviewed, and approved before shipment.

These exclusions do not remove a customer’s rights where an item is defective, materially different from its description, counterfeit, or incorrectly supplied, or where another remedy is required by applicable law.

F. Pick-Up Orders

Customers are required to collect their orders from the designated pickup office on the stipulated collection date.
Orders will only be scheduled for pickup after payment has been confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their products before leaving the pickup office.
Orders not collected within seven (7) days of the stipulated pickup date may be treated as abandoned after reasonable notification to the customer.

8. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an eligible return or exchange:
